Post Office Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Post Office locations in our Bedford and Rockingham Guardian stores. The Post Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, training and supervising staff, and ensuring efficient day to day operations. This is a key role within our stores, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Managing inventory levels within a budget
– Schedule staff for both Bedford and Rockingham Post Office locations
– Provide new hire and ongoing training
– Handle supervision of overall daily operations
– Support a positive and engaging workplace

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Canada Post considered an asset
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
