Pharmacy Primary Care Clinic Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Primary Care Clinic Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative duties for the Primary Care Clinic including booking, billing and other patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients upon arrival to clinic
  • Completing patient bookings
  • Answering all other phone inquiries
  • Processing billing paperwork
  • Administrative duties including filing and scanning
  • Assisting in the dispensary setting during down time as a Pharmacy Assistant

Qualifications

  • Administrative/data processing experience
  • Professional manner
  • Pharmacy Services experience considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Kroll Software considered an asset
