Front Store Shift Lead

Job Summary

The Front Store Lead Cashier is responsible for serving customers, operating the point-of-sale system and leading the front store team when the Front Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers
• Operating the cash point of sale system to complete customers transactions
• Performing customer refunds and returns
• Merchandising and stocking shelves
• Cleaning and organizing front store
• Supervision of 1-5 employees
• Opening and closing the store when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous use of a point-of-sale system
• Friendly customer service driven personality
• Previous supervisor experience an asset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
