Front Store Manager – City

Job Summary

The Front Store Manager is responsible for managing the staff and day to day operations of the main retail store. This position full-time, permanent and includes day shift, night shifts, weekends and some holidays. This position, available immediately will be compensated based on experience and include Health and Dental insurance, Life insurance, parking, a store discount and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the staff, physical and financial resources of the front store and ensuring that the store objectives are achieved
  • Providing leadership and guidance to store staff, including the scheduling of staff within set guidelines
  • Ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service levels
  • Receiving orders into the store daily
  • Placing promotional orders and replenishment orders
  • Merchandising of product, including execution of planograms and promotional ends
  • Creating a respectful work environment
  • Attend monthly Front Store Manager Meetings with other managers in organization

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience
  • Proven leadership and staff management abilities
  • Thorough understanding of and the abilities to execute merchandising standards
