Front Store Manager – City
Job Summary
The Front Store Manager is responsible for managing the staff and day to day operations of the main retail store. This position full-time, permanent and includes day shift, night shifts, weekends and some holidays. This position, available immediately will be compensated based on experience and include Health and Dental insurance, Life insurance, parking, a store discount and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Managing the staff, physical and financial resources of the front store and ensuring that the store objectives are achieved
- Providing leadership and guidance to store staff, including the scheduling of staff within set guidelines
- Ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service levels
- Receiving orders into the store daily
- Placing promotional orders and replenishment orders
- Merchandising of product, including execution of planograms and promotional ends
- Creating a respectful work environment
- Attend monthly Front Store Manager Meetings with other managers in organization
Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Proven leadership and staff management abilities
- Thorough understanding of and the abilities to execute merchandising standards
